Container Structural Inspection & preparation of EIR

Containers constitute a vital link in the worldwide movement of intermodal transportation, and is the lifeline of economic growth. Thus assuring a high standard of inspection of containers  is our primary objective.

We undertake inspection on behalf of shipping companies, Repair Deports, Container Manufacturers, Exporters, Importers, Insurance Companies etc. and our performance is highly appreciated by all. 

We also undertake on-hire/off-hire survey on behalf of shipping companies or their agents and conduct Inspection as per criteria set forth by Institute of International containers Lessors Ltd, Bedford, New York, USA.

Supervision of Stuffing

We undertake stuffing supervision assignments at ICD (Inland Container Deport) warehouse, dock complexes, on behalf of Insurance companies, Shipping Companies, Clearing Agents, Exporters, Big Industrial Houses etc. on regular basis and 'cargo' includes almost all type ranging from food grains to tea, leather to steel. We handle 1500 TEU'S per month and our activities includes :

• Inspection of Empty Containers for its suitability & sea worthiness.
• Inspection and tally of Cargo being carted in for export as per invoice and packing list.
• Inspection of Cargo prior to stuffing.
• To supervise stuffing operation including lashing / checking, if required & preparation of shiftwise-tally sheet.
• Noting seal no. and condition.
• Preparation of CLP on completion of stuffing.

Supervision of De-Stuffing

We undertake De-stuffing supervision at warehouse, Dock complex, ICD (Inland Container Deport) and CFS (container freight station) on behalf of Insurance Companies, Shipping companies, Clearing Agents, Exporters, Big Industrial Houses etc. on regular basis and Cargo includes almost all types ranging from food grains to tea, leather to steel. We handle 800 TEU'S per month and our activities include :

• Attending to custom's examination prior to De-stuffing & Note down seal number at the time of opening the container.
• Attend to the De-stuffing operation of Cargo from the Container.
• On completion of De-stuffing, inspection of Empty Container to ascertain its condition.
• Preparation of De-stuffing Tally Sheet for each container indicating condition of package and excess/shortage if any.

Issuance of Fitness certificate specially for tea consignment
We undertake container inspection for checking of fitness prior to loading for all type of Containerised Cargo specially for tea consignment on behalf of shipping companies, Insurance Companies, Exporters, Clearing Agents, Big Industrial Houses on regular basis.

OOG
We undertake outer out gauge survey for Open Top and Flat Rake containers as and when required by shipping companies prior to loading or board the vessels in order to check slot space is violated or not.

Bay plan for Feeder vessels
We are currently engaged in drawing the Bay plan for feeder vessels operating between Haldia Dock complex and Singapore on behalf of XCL (X-Press Container Lines) or regular Basis. We handle 7-8 vessels per month on an average each with minimum capacity of 400 TEU'S.
